Ingredients:
1/2 cup black gram
1 cup rice
1/2 chopped tomato skin (small)
2 green chillies chopped
Black pepper powder
Oil to cook
Salt
Method
1. Wash and soak gram and rice for 12 hours.
2. Grind them.
3. Add salt and keep aside to ferment. You may add soda 1/2 tsp for earlier result.
4. Mix batter and make into a pouring consistency.
5. Heat griddle and grease lightly with oil. Pour 2 tbsp of batter and spread to form round or oval.
6. Sprinkle chopped veg, chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Turn over, cook and serve.
