INGREDIENTS
1. Watermelon (Cubed) 150 Gms
2. Cucumber (Cubed) 100 Gms
3. Black Salt
4. Pepper Powder
5. Jeera Powder
6. Lime Juice 1 tbsp
7. Sour Cream 1 tbsp
8. Coriander Leaves 1 Spring
9. Ice Cubes 10 Nos
METHOD
1. Puree watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, Jeera
powder, salt, pepper and ice in a blender until nice and smooth.
2. Transfer into a deep
soup plate and serve cold garnished with sour cream and coriander sprig.
